Are you accepting new patients?
We are accepting new patients. To schedule an appointment, please contact us at (623) 377-7011.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring your insurance card and driver's license or picture ID for us to copy, along with your co-pay or deductible if any apply. We will also need you to bring copies of any testing that has been done previously, including copies of any imaging tests (X-rays, CT scans, mammograms, etc.) In addition, you can speed along the check-in process by downloading the forms here, (link to New Patient Paperwork download). Please fill them out and bring them to your appointment. Please do not hesitate to call our office if you have any further questions.
What kinds of conditions do you treat?

What does Board Certified mean?
We are board-certified in general surgery. In order to become board certified, a physician must pass extensive training and examination in general surgery over a period of years. To maintain their board certification, surgeons must participate in ongoing professional development, continuing education, practice improvement, and pass a written examination every 10 years.
